Info262.jpg

Sample of a "complete Happy Birthday cake top".

The top is rolled and cut to size. Punch and place the lace edge into position with a touch of sugar glue.  Allow to dry.

Flowers are made and allowed to dry. When dry, use Royal Icing to adhere the flowers to the top's surface.

Slide the completed top into position on top of the cake.  Butter icing was used to ice the sides of the cake before the top was placed in position.

Instruction Kit with step by step instructions in colour will be available in 2008.
