Scrolling with the Daisies

Spirals:
Randomly adhere the lilac Sprials into position as seen in diagram on left.

Paper Piercing :
Place the card on top of a felt or similar pad.

Wrap a piece of masking tape around the needle end of Deet. This will allow the tool to pierce to the same depth each time.

Pierce evenly around the spirals with the needle end seen in the right hand diagram.

Substitute ... a darning needle in a cork, if smaller holes are preferred.


	Shapes required: Small Ash Leaf x 4 in green Medium Ash Leaf x 5 in green Corner Flower x 5 in purple Small Daisy x 3 in yellow Medium Daisy x 5 in yellow Spiral x 34 in lilac


	Size of Card: Folded 105mm x 180mm


	Front opening edge: Trim with any fancy scissors to allow yellow ochre insert paper to be seen


	Leaves: Paint with a little water soluble crayon/pencil to create a deeper green to one side of each leaf and the stem as seen in the diagram, below. Note: The 2 base leaves have been removed from the left hand stem and added to the right hand stem. Trim with any fancy scissors to allow yellow ochre insert paper to be seen.

Scrolling with the Daisies

Cut one of the large Daisies in half to create the illusion of 2 Daisies peeping out behind the leaves.

Colour 3 or 4 petals on both the small and medium sizes with orange chalk by rubbing you finger into the chalk and then onto the petals. This is quick and easy.

Scrolling with the Daisies

Adhere a the largest of the Corner Flowers to the centre of the medium Daisies and a tiny CornerFlower to the centre of the small Daisies.

Complete: Trim the front opening edge, cuving the top edge is optional. Adhere the insert inside the card.
