FLORAL PUNCH CRAFT NEWSLETTER March – April, 2003

HIA 2003 at Anaheim was very successful. Many thanks to the participants from various countries who came back to visit me this year. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces I knew mingled with the new.
The hospitality of The Punch Bunch is wonderful and I feel as if the USA is my second home. I treasure the friendship formed with Cheryl.

Paul and his staff at Centagraph, Harrogate, UK. were an instant family. The Workshops were enjoyable and the results were delightful. Thank you to all concerned for your warmth and generosity.

Woodware of Skipton, UK. completed the trio with their cheerful and bighearted welcome. It was a pleasure to demonstrate at the NEC, Birmingham with such a crew. I called us “The League of All Nations” as we came from England, Scotland, Canada, Holland and Australia. Thanks Judith for inviting me.

The Tasmanian trip, including the weather, was wonderful. Leone met a number of the Floral Punch Craft Association members along with retail store owners. Leone thanks the Tasmanians for their warm, friendly welcome and hospitality.

Janine, ‘the oil that keeps the cogs turning smoothly" did a wonderful job over the past 3 months while I was missing overseas/Tasmania.

	BOOK LAUNCH: Floral Punch Craft VI “Orchids and More” Book Launch on the 10th March, a public holiday in Victoria, was a very happy event and concluded with a BBQ. The atmosphere was filled with happiness and friendship. A memory worth treasuring.

In the coming months, there are a number of Floral Punch Craft Parties arranged. The agenda for the next 3 months, website’s home page, gives the dates, times and locations. Workshops are also shown.

SHIPMENT DOCKED:
The shipment containing the Cymbidium and Moth Orchid punches has docked and are now ready for sale and delivery.

Along with the Orchid punches, there are a number of new designs to Leone Em Pty Ltd. They can be seen by clicking the New Stock section on the home page. The name is “Square Tiles”.

More new designs will also be coming in our next shipment. These will be uploaded in the New Stock section on the home page. These designs will be “hot off the press” as they are being manufactured at this time and have not been available before.


	Please remember …………. Members of the Floral Punch Craft Association are asked to participate once a month by: ~ asking questions ~ posting messages ~ uploading a card / project / flower. A few words is sufficient as the programme goes on “automatic” and removes non-participants.


	The monthly “free website pattern” is popular and the April pattern is NOW online. Another reason to keep a watchful eye on the website. Floral Punch Craft VI has the Flannel Flower featured. The paper for this flower is available Online.
